Club Swim
SwimAmerica Program is a state of the art, goal directed and technique oriented learn to swim program.

Skill Levels

1   Bubbles -- 10 Relaxed bobs

2   Floats and Glides -- Front glide, Back glide 5 seconds

3   Kicking -- Front kick 15 feet, Back kick 15 feet

4   Crawl Stroke -- no breath 20 feet, Side glide kick, both sides for 15 feet

5  Freestyle with breathing -- 30 feet, minimum of 4 breaths

6   Backstroke -- Swim Freestyle 25 yards, Swim Backstroke 30 feet

7   Breaststroke/Butterfly -- Swim 50 yards Free , Swim 25 yards Back, Kick Breast 20 feet

8   Turns -- Swim 100 yards/meters(using bilateral breathing)Free.

9   Advanced -- Swim 200 yards Free(bilateral), Swim 25 yards Butterfly, Swim 50 yards Breast, Swim 50 yards Back

10  Individual Medley -- Swim 300 yards Free, Swim 100 yards Back, Swim 100 yards Individual Medley
